Refunds

If the Full Reading Report is not useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you will get the full $6.95 back to the original payment method. You do not need to give a reason.

Write to support@wordrhino.com from the email you used at checkout, with the date of purchase. Refunds are issued through Stripe and usually take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Local consumer law may give you additional rights. This policy does not reduce them.
